LinkedInChad Shryock is the Global Technical Sales Manager for Nexus OnCore Applications at Baker Hughes. Chad has a 26 year career in Controls and Automation. After receiving a BS Electrical Engineering degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, he started work at PSI Energy, which would later merge to form Cinergy and Duke Energy. He has extensive background in all facets of fossil fuel power generation – boilers and burner management systems, simple and combined cycle plants and coal gasification technology. After 17 years, and leading the Controls team for construction of a multi-billion dollar coal gasification plant, Chad joined GE as a NPI program manager for the Nexus Controls team. For the last 4 years, Chad has been traveling the globe to support technical discussions with Baker Hughes customers about the Nexus OnCore product line.
Nate Martin has been developing, managing and commercializing products for nearly 20 years for a variety of industries including power generation, oil & gas, commercial construction and building materials. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Denver. He has been involved in every aspect of product development from initial engineering to production to marketing and commercialization and finally to aftermarket support.

Darrick began his career in 1994 with Woodward Governor as a Hydroelectric Field Engineer and has held various and progressing leadership roles in the industrial and power generation space all focused on delivering exemplary end user outcomes. Darrick has extensive knowledge in hydro power, coal fired power and nuclear power plant control system applications. He also served as the North American projects director for several years and through his team delivered 200+ projects annually to his customer base. For the past 2 years Darrick has led a team of global application engineers serving customers across the globe.

For more than 35 years, John has been actively involved in cyber, data, IT/OT, physical and homeland security by helping to shape various industry standards and thought patterns about “how and what to secure.” John brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from various prestigious, international high-tech companies like: Intel Corporation, Microsoft, Seagate Technologies, SafeNet and CA Technologies. John has double bachelor of science degrees in both Economics and Marketing from Wagner College in New York City.
